Support IS3™

Basic Support

The IS3™ Basic Support program includes all of the items discussed above for our 24x7 service, including proactive monitoring and reporting, but only during normal business hours Monday through Friday.  With this program, monthly on-call support hours are limited to six (6) hours, and all other service requests are billed on an hourly basis.

Support Plus

Includes all of the attributes of either the 24x7 or the Basic Support programs, along with a guaranteed block of support hours per month in addition to those already included in the service program.  These hours are accrued on a monthly basis for up to three (3) months of hours (e.g., if 10 additional hours per month were included in the agreement, the maximum accruable number would be 30 hours)  As with the standard program hours, these additional hours can be used for any purpose deemed appropriate by the customer.   Since these hours are pre-paid as part of the IS3™ monthly service fees, the actual hourly rate is less than IntelliSCADA Solutions’ standard IS3™ hourly billing rate, which can be an advantage if one expects to frequently utilize additional support time. 

Minimal Support

This minimal support program offers guaranteed access to IntelliSCADA Solutions’ IS3™ support team during normal business hours Monday through Friday.  The program includes four (4) hours of support time per month, but does not provide any proactive monitoring or monthly reporting.  Additional hours of prepaid support services can also be also be added to this program if desired.  As with the other programs, support services exceeding the monthly limit will be billed at the standard IS3™ support rates.
